5 Costly Mistakes That Holistic Health Coaches Make That Cost Them Time, Money and Clients

How To Get The Message Out Of The Bottle And Into Your Client’s Hands

It’s everywhere you turn. It’s on the buses, on the trains, in hotels, tv, radio, bookstores, in the library, churches, the gym. Give up? I’m talking about MARKETING!!!!

We have been so bombarded by it that we are immune to it. You are in a hotel for the night – think about it- the room is flooded with it – on the credenza brochures about ordering room service, excursions in the area, local restaurants, things to do, internet access, even the tv’s now have a hotel channel – so in case you ignore the paper marketing they are sure to snag you on the tv screen. The stations tells you all about the hotel and its services plus all the details regarding local vendors in the area. I bet you didn’t even give it a thought!!

Traveling on mass transportation? Just look up – billboards surround the interior of trains and buses. Our senses have become overwhelmed and desensitized. So much so that:
1) We don’t realize that we are surrounded by it
2) We don’t acknowledge or pay attention to it.

So in this crazy world of marketing madness how do WE as entrepreneurs get our message to STAND OUT?

How to get your message out of the bottle and into your client’s hands:

1) Craft a message that is specific to your clients
Use language that speaks to them specifically. Would you address your 5year old child in the same manner that you would your parents? Not sure what language to use? Speak to your audience as though you have one member sitting right in front of you.

2) Craft a message that addresses your client’s problem. Offer the means to a solution. Here’s the formula:
Passion + Problem = Prosperity

Take your Passion and add it to your Client’s Problem = Prosperity for both parties

Example:

PASSION: You offer a solution to help women who eat emotionally
PROBLEM: Women who eat emotionally
PROFIT: You are paid handsomely for your work and the client prospers by having the necessary tools to deal with emotional eating.

You engage the client, you evolve the way they handle their problem and you elevate them to the solution!

PASSION, PROBLEM, PROFIT = ENGAGE, EVOLVE, ELEVATE
