STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

1 Scoop Vanilla Whey Protein (Hormone and Sugar Free – sweetened with Stevia- MRM)

1 cup Organic Strawberries (6 large)

1 tbsp Organic Milk

6-8 drops Vanilla Cream Stevia (to taste)

1/3 cup ice

Pulse blend ingredients in blender. Drink and enjoy. Great for breakfast on the go!!!!

How To Use Your Melon

My family loves a juicy watermelon – its our favorite summer treat! Not only is the flesh great in and of itself BUT we use the extra flesh to make smoothies! Here’s our recipe:

3 Cups of Melon
1 1/2 Cups of Strawberries (raspberries)
3 Tbsp Natural Lime Juice
1 Cup of Ice

And Blend Away!!!!!!!!

Did you know the Black seeds from a watermelon may help lower blood pressure?

Toast 1/2 Cup of Black Seeds over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water. Cook until evaporated, then cool.

Strawberry Green Smoothie

1 cup organic strawberries

2 organic bananas

½ bunch of romaine lettuce

2 cups of water

Here’s the secret – 2 cups of water, 2 cups fruit, 2 cups green (romaine, kale, parsley, spinach).

Be creative and let your imagination just run wild!!
